Everyone who visits Bungay is impressed by the large number and wide variety of independent shops we have here. The economic downturn that followed the Covid pandemic saw high streets decimated as major chains were unable to turn their fortunes around and closed their stores. Not so in Bungay where even more shops opened after the pandemic.
Local musician and composer, William Fergusson, has kindly given us permission to include his quirky song that celebrates shops!
