The taste of Japan is coming to the Green Dragon!
The Green Dragon and The Wok Truck have collaborated with Cisco, from renowned Norwich based, Pan Asian and Sushi restaurant, Ciscoe’s, to produce an exclusive (and not to be missed), 5 course tasting menu that will transport you on a vibrant, culinary journey through Japan.
The Dragon’s head chef, Ian Cooke, was the founder and owner of Ciscoe’s, and he launched the restaurant with Cisco more than 10 years ago. Cisco remains executive chef and is flourishing under it’s new owners, so they’re beyond excited to collaborate and create some amazing sushi dishes for this exciting pop-up.
This is a fantastic opportunity to sample incredible, authentic Japanese cuisine, expertly crafted by an award-winning chef, from one of the region’s most exciting restaurants.
