Remembrance Sunday Parade and Service

Join Bungay Town Council and the Bungay Royal British Legion on 8 November for the Remembrance Sunday parade, church service and wreath-laying ceremony.

Together, we will remember those who lost their lives on active service in conflicts from the First World War to the present day. We will also honour all those who have served, and their families.

• 1.40pm: The parade leaves the Royal British Legion club on Priory Lane and proceeds to St Mary’s Church.
• 2pm: Remembrance service at St Mary’s Church.
• 3pm: Wreath-laying ceremony at the War Memorial.

Children from St Edmunds Primary will join the procession, lay a wreath and read poems.

All parking tariffs will be suspended from 1pm to 6pm in recognition of Remembrance Sunday.
