The Waveny Valley Folk Collective are delighted to present an evening with Chris Fox. Marking rapid progress through the UK folk and roots scene with his song-writing, vocals and mastery of the loop pedal, Chris won the Lichfield Folk Festival song writing competition in 2019. Genre-defying and hard to pigeonhole, his perceptive lyrics reflect overlooked stories in everyday life. Pearll, ake Chloe Drew-Batty, made her debut at St. Mary's last summer. She has written and released more songs, and formed and performed with her band - including at the Fisher Theatre where she went down a storm. Lunchtime Concerts @ St. Mary’s – Franck and Schubert
William Fergusson (piano) and William Bass (cello) return to St. Mary's for a lunchtime concert performing Schubert, Sonata for Arpeggione and Piano & Franck Sonata for Cello and Piano in A major. Story telling, violin, organ and art! Local acclaimed book illustrator and author, James Mayhew, is a story-teller and artist who creates work live to accompany musical performances. On Thursday he will be working alongside Caroline Clarke on violin and Adam Chillingworth on organ and piano. This is going to be something special!
